Columbia Pouration vs. Watertight II Very pleased with this purchase! I needed an affordable, lightweight, packable, breathable, and totally waterproof jacket and narrowed it down to several of the Columbia models, which aren’t always easy to distinguish from one another. Perfect and cheap solution – durable and dry. Cheap, durable, and effective. My much more expensive waterproof shell from REI was destroyed by minimal wear and tear while on a trip to iceland – and this happened to be my backup. Turns out, it works a million times better than most high end versions. This is now my go-to for hiking and camping trips.
6’2″ 170lbs I’m writing to help anyone that needs reference for the size. I ordered a Medium and I’m 6’2″ at 170lbs. I wish the front came down longer, otherwise it’s a good fit. I’m told I have long arms and the sleeves are a great length. I wish the front came down a bit longer, but that’s my only complaint so far.
