its a damn good rain coat totally worth the $38 its a damn good rain coat totally worth the $38.00 i paid for it i would buy it again if i need to, its worm well built its actully water proof so go ahead tackle that monsoon its ok you will stay dry, it will keep you worm on a chilly morning, oh my only complaint is the hood the zipper is tiny and very short so you end up with the flap hanging kinda funny, its not a big deal, just wanted to throw that out there, its still totally worth $38.00
