Very nice for 20 degree F and above I am 5’11” and 175#. The coat is perfect for my taste. It measures 34 inches long and fits just over my bootie. Detachable Hood adds another 10 inches. The sleeve is 27 inches long and fits to the top knuckle of my thumb. Eighth inch pill fleece lining from the waist to the neck. Drawstrings are in the hood, waste and bottom hem. 2 chest level pockets and 2 waist level pockets are on the outside and fleece lined also. There’s about a half inch of padding in the coat. The large is too small I have a couple of other Eddie Bauer jackets. They’re all large. They all fit perfectly – as do all my non-Eddie Bauer jackets. So I ordered a Large here. Bad news. It was tight. Not much – or no – room for wearing any layer under this. I bought it for cold rainy, sleety days. I wanted the waterproof feature. Great quality, runs large! I’m 5′ 6 and got a small. 4 not 5 stars just because it is very bulky and hard to roll up and store places like in a backpack.- Very roomy, especially in the arms.
