Great fit and a real solid jacket. Finally a rain and wind jacket for those of us who are on the slim side! I usually wear a small so I got a small and voila, perfection. I had the Mountain Hardwear Plasmic (small) and it engulfed me. I’m 5’10 – 155 lbs. the fit is great for me and enough to put a thin fleece under it. Arm length is a little past the wrist. The waist is a wee bit snug but that’s just a small quibble. Solid looking jacket! Im gonna take it for a spin as a shell for skiing so we’ll see how it holds up…
nice jacket, runs at least one size small I liked it, but returned because it’s too small. Unlike many rain jackets, this one is lined and has some warmth to it. The hood is attached, but there’s also a lined collar that helps with the warmth. However, it runs really small. I’m 5.9″ and 175 lbs, usually wear a Medium in other brands (e.g., Columbia). But I know HH runs small, so I ordered a Large, and even that was a bit small. Maybe if I wore the jacket alone, on top of a t-shirt only, the Large would have been OK. But I need to…

The XL is a little big, and I like it that way so I can easily wear a sweatshirt or down jacket under this waterproof layer for additional warmth. The jacket has two nice external handpockets with zippers. I have large hands and mine easily fit into the pockets to retrieve my items. The external pockets are lined with a soft semi-insulating material. There is one internal breast pocket with zipper…
