Alaska tested Tested this jacket in the Alaska wilderness with -7 degrees F temps. This jacket far exceeded my expectations. The fit was a tad larger but understandable because it leaves room for layering.
Oustanding Three Season Coat I took this coat with me for 8 months in Europe where due to packing limitations it served as my only piece of winter outergear. It worked wonderfully in cold and wet weather, particularly when layering, and served as a good heavy jacket on its own for spring and fall. It is very water resistant and I never got wet when walking through driving rain storms. The liner is non-removable, but very warm.
Great fit, good design, and quality Overall it was a good fit, where i ususally struggle to find a well fitting coat. I have a big wide chest and round waistline. It fit just about as well as iâd like. The cuffs have a soft fabric elasticize scuff inside the outer that was nicely unexpected. The hood is a bit larger than iâd like and doesnât have any drawstrings. The only downside is the left arm has a rubberized circular leviâs patch. luckily itâs the same color and disappears unlike the Canada Goose. I could do without the…
