Misleading Name It’s a wool blend jacket with only 10% wool. I prefer the fact that it’s really a polyester blend jacket as it’s machine washable, instead of dry clean only. It only has the features and feel of a nice wool jacket, with the practicality of polyester. Not a fan of the lighter hood in another color.
Fantastic Coat Just a fantastic coat. The interior lining is slick but not overly plasticy. The outer shell is a nice heavy wool blend that keeps you quite warm. The hood is not as heavy as the coat, a heavy two ply cotton that will keep the wind off your neck but isn’t as warm as the coat. The pockets are deep and well shaped, you aren’t going to have anything falling out of them on accident and that goes for the interior pocket as well. Also, surprisingly machine washable. Absolutely love it.
Will fit small for average build. Jacket was wonderful, but even a small is too big for me. I’m 5’8 155-160 lbs. Jiu JItsu body…a bit stringy but muscular. I am usually a Smedium (Sometimes small, sometimes medium)…but the small fits too big. It really sucks as again, really nice jacket. If you tend to have more of an “athletic” build than a “big guy” or “muscular” get a size smaller.
