Double breasted iconic belted trench coat with zip out liner Product Features Classic double-breasted trench coat featuring functional gun flap and button-down epaulettes
Disappointing details The coat itself fits well, looks (mostly) good, and is warm. Two things bother me though. The belt is so flimsy-apparently just two strips of cloth sewn together without the needed ingerfacing layer between to add stiffness-that it is very difficult even to buckle, and nearly impossible to make lie flat.Second, there is no inside lapel pocket.
Regular sized pockets but everything else was nice on this trench coat. Received the coat and it met all my expectations except one. Don’t expect to fit a lot of stuff in the pockets. I’m used to fitting 32oz bottles of Powerade or Gatorade into my trench coat pockets but these would fit a large cellphone and your hands but that’s about it. I suppose most people wouldn’t care but one thing I’ve always enjoyed about my previous 3 trenchcoats was massive pockets that let me fit anything and everything I cared to into them. It was like a wearable bag of holding…
London Fog rules This is my fourth London Fog coat and the best design, construction, and fit of all the topcoats I’ve owned in my adult years I’m 75.
