Well made and versatile I shopped locally and online for a 3-way (removable lining that could be used by itself) hooded parka that was long enough to fit over a sport/suit coat: Nowhere to be found. The thigh length and hood and multi-seasonal were my mandatory requirements and I wanted something “presentable”. Hooded parkas with or without liners all seemed to be waist length or slightly longer and every one I found and tried on left 3-4 inches of a sport coat exposed at the bottom.
