This book made me laugh out loud I received the first book in this series, Two Dogs in a Trench Coat Go to School, as part of the Amazon Vine program. This one I pre-ordered as soon as it was available. These books are an absolute joy to read. Waldo and Sassy are great characters and their alter ego, Salty, is hilarious.I loved the Junior Office Supply Enthusiast Club and how they talked about pencils and highlighters and that Stewart’s parents were so into that stuff. Grandson’s Loved It! Though not as great as the first book, it’s entertaining! Imagining dogs from Liver, Ohio could fool school staff and attend school with their boy is hilarious. We laughed a lot, and I always stopped reading and let them say “LIVER, OHIO” when the dogs said where they were from.
Got a reluctant reader? Look no further… How could the second book in this serious PAWsibly be better than the first!? Well maybe not better but DEFINITELY equally hilarious and fun to read for reluctant readers and readers all around. Get this series for your middle-grade readers and listen for the laughter to ensue.
