Good against rain but should layer your clothing for the cold. The description and the product itself has no issues against the rain but if you buy this and it is windy then I highly recommend you wear another layer to protect yourself against the wind or the cold. It does help against the rain a lot but it does not prevent the cold from getting to you because it is just a wind breaker.
A tad bigger than expected I like the rain coat, im not sure if it is supposed to be a little bigger than usual maybe its meant to cover your hands as well or somewhat. Good this about it being a little longer than expected is that I can tuck my hands away when ever I want. the jacket feels great, durable and it seems like i can put this over any layer its spacious but at the same time it looks near not too raggedy and loose or wrinkly. Great waterproof rain coat. I really like the length of this rain coat. You have much more body covert than a rain jacket. It kept me 100% dry during a recent thunderstorm. The coat is very light weight and very durable. I just wish the sizes were a bit larger. My coat was a little bit tight when I button up completely.
